Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager

The Regulatory Compliance team ensures the organization meets all legal, regulatory, reporting and policy requirements by designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks. They work with the development of controls, policies, to ensure mitigation of risks and enabling compliant business operations. 

By joining this team, you will be able to create a real impact on internal controls and ensure that the Company complies with all respective laws and legal requirements which is visible both internally and externally (to regulators).

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager:

 

• Support Head of Compliance with gap assessments on upcoming regulatory changes.
• Process Improvement: Document, maintain, and enhance internal policies, procedures, and data flows in addition to suggesting automation initiatives and leading these changes.
• Assist the Head of Compliance with day-to-day compliance activities
• Support the Head of Compliance during internal and external audits. 
• Assist the Head of Compliance in big projects which require BoL and/or FCA communication and provision of information. 
• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the manager when required. 
• Collect and consolidate data from relevant internal stakeholders required for the preparation of regulatory reports. Submission of them to BoL and FCA and other external parties.
• Communication/key contact of any regulatory reporting related questions/concerns by regulators.
• Process Documentation: Documenting reporting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Alignment of internal stakeholders when new regulatory reporting requirements are introduced.

 

You’ll report to our Head of Compliance.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager:

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Regulatory Compliance and/or (regulatory) reporting environment.
• Good level of knowledge of key regulatory requirements and applicable laws/regulations relevant to Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs). 
• Good understanding and practical experience in preparation, submission of regulatory reports to the regulators (LT; UK - would be huge advantage);
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Previous experience with communication with regulators would be advantage
