Health & Safety Advisor – Data Centre Project
Location: Borlänge, Sweden
Project: Major Data Centre Development
Job Type: Site-Based Project Role

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major data centre project in Borlänge, Sweden.
You will join a leading provider of end-to-end technical solutions, working across electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other critical building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and promote H&S standards across the project
- Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Review RAMS and safe systems of work
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide H&S guidance to project and site teams
- Maintain H&S documentation and reporting
- Work closely with contractors to promote a strong safety culture
What We’re Looking For
- Significant Health & Safety experience on major construction or engineering projects
- Strong site-based experience
- Data centre experience preferred
- Experience within pharmaceutical, battery/gigafactory, energy, industrial or infrastructure projects will also be considered
- Confident working with project teams, contractors and multiple stakeholders
