Customer Service Representative
Esaote North America | Fishers, IN | Hybrid | Full-time (non-exempt)
About the Role
Esaote North America is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers on non-technical questions. This is a hybrid role based in Fishers, IN. You'll manage customer accounts, open and close work orders, process billing and payment requests, and dispatch field personnel. You'll also keep our records accurate and escalate complex issues to the right teams. You'll report to the Customer Care Manager, and no travel is required.
What You'll Do
• Serve customers (40%): Answer incoming customer calls (800 lines) and service emails. Open, update, and close work orders, and provide billable quotes. Process Tech Support payments, and manage voicemail and messages so every customer gets a timely response.
• Manage data and systems (40%): Monitor dashboards for installs, billing, and dispatch, and manage daily SAP parts orders. Track and close aging work orders and service cases. Keep customer records current, including warranty dates, installations, and equipment removals.
• Provide administrative support (15%): Process credits and debits, manage customer supply orders, and maintain customer files and documentation for new accounts. You'll also support service management.
• Collaborate (5%): Work with other departments to keep customers satisfied and take on additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry accuracy and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 25 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
• 2 to 3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Typing speed of 40 to 50 WPM
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software
