Internship - Project Manager (6-month contract)

Are you curious about how we deliver strategic projects and drive transformation? Join the IT Operations Project Management team and contribute to initiatives that bring together technology, operations and users across the bank. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project delivery, change management, collaboration technologies and IT transformation.

This internship is supposed to start in February-March 2027, and end in July-August 2027.

YOUR ROLE

• Structure and maintain project documentation, playbooks and knowledge bases in Confluence.

• Support project planning, roadmap preparation and governance activities.

• Prepare presentations, executive summaries and communication material.

• Facilitate meetings, capture actions and support stakeholder follow-up.

• Contribute to change management and adoption initiatives.

• Build simple dashboards and KPI tracking.

• Benchmark project management practices and emerging technologies.

• Explore and test AI tools to improve project efficiency and team productivity.

• Support workshops, surveys and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master student in Management, Business, Economics, Information Systems or Engineering.

• Strong interest in Project Management and organisational transformation.

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently and within a team.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or AI tools is a plus.

• French Speaker, fluent in English

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
