Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, you will spend your day guiding the development and enhancement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. Your role involves overseeing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain platform stability and performance while aligning with business objectives and vendor requirements. Your leadership will help shape the technical direction and ensure the solutions evolve effectively to meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to drive project success. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines. - Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team and across projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning processes and their application within Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Experience in managing system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies in cloud-based environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional. - This position is based at our Manila office.
