Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting day-to-day administration and handling of custody relationships and fulfillment in partnership with the account administrator and relationship team. Key responsibilities include demonstrating ability to support in all areas of problem resolution, client retention, and client satisfaction. Job expectations include working closely with risk management and compliance to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, compliance, bank guidelines, procedures, and delegated authorities, and helping to drive a consistent client experience.


Responsible for custody relationship fulfillment and day-to-day account administration utilizing technical experience and knowledge.  Responsible for coordinating with account administrators, clients and external partners (3rd Party Investment Managers, Family Offices, CPAs, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration and to manage risk.  Works closely with account administrators, local relationship teams, risk management and compliance for adherence to all legal, regulatory, compliance, banking guidelines, procedures and delegated authorities. Position includes but not limited to transaction processing, provision of reports, and support for new and close account processes. 


Responsibilities:

  • Anticipates and helps take ownership of customer/client needs, including transactions, issue resolution, education, delivering with speed and accuracy, and working with clients agent and other teams
  • Creates efficient strategies for task completion, contributing to the delivery of results and driving business outcomes
  • Takes ownership for personal growth and training and expanding knowledge of custody and trust information
  • Drives responsible growth by actively promoting and exhibiting behaviors in accordance with the bank's purpose and values, ensuring proper risk discipline and escalating issues, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years financial services experience, specifically in the trust, investment or brokerage industry desired
  • Experience in working with entity governing documents (trusts, LLC’s, LP’s, etc.) and client account documents beneficial
  • Ability to handle money and security transfers accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Demonstrated oral, written, and communication skills
  • Values the establishment and nurturing of long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork and delivering client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
