We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, inspire our kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic culinary team in a charming, historic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and local culinary trends

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness

- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Control food costs, inventory, and procurement to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with the management team to plan special events, banquets, and catering services

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies

- Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste across all outlets

- Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources

- Creative mindset with a passion for local and seasonal ingredients

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
