What you'll be doing
As Senior Consultant, Trading Credit Risk QA, you’ll lead daily quality assurance activities and controls to help ensure the integrity of credit risk measures for capital markets products, while analyzing key drivers behind exposure changes. You’ll partner closely with Risk Management and Technology teams to plan and support system enhancements that address evolving business and regulatory requirements. You’ll also maintain and strengthen controls related to risk data integrity, complete ongoing data quality reviews, and help ensure new initiatives meet the standards needed to support business objectives. In addition, you’ll lead and support the team’s daily production activities and project work, while fostering cross-training and knowledge sharing to build strong backup support across the group.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
