Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is looking for a Practical Electrical Engineer to join our Hardware Development group.  This role focuses on the design and documentation of cables and electrical cabinets, machine wiring design, and the integration of electro-mechanical subsystems for advanced semiconductor machines.

The position includes responsibility for creating and maintaining electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical, generating Bills of Materials (BOMs), and supporting products throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept and design through manufacturing release and sustaining engineering.

What Will Your Job Look Like?

• Be part of the electronic group within a multidisciplinary organization
• Design cables, power cabinets and machine wiring diagrams
• Create and maintain electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Generate and manage engineering documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support system integration, production, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead engineering changes (ECO/ECR)
• Define, document, and maintain electrical verification and acceptance test procedures.
• Work with manufacturing and NPI teams from design phase through product release.
• Support suppliers and subcontractors during manufacturing and assembly activities.

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed?

• Practical Electrical Engineering with valid electrician license 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with AutoCAD tool.
• Proven experience in designing electrical systems and cabling.
• Familiarity with BOM creation and engineering documentation processes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, integration, and product release activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications .
• Fluent Hebrew and good English communication skills
