Salary Range: Up to ₱150,000

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x RTO w/ 1 hour OT)

Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (2 PM to 12 MN)

Location: BGC, Taguig

 

The role

The SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) Consultant is responsible for supporting the assessment, preparation, conversion, testing, and stabilization of SAP HCM Organizational Management processes during an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program. The consultant will analyze the existing SAP HCM OM landscape, evaluate the impact of SAP S/4HANA simplifications, validate organizational structures and HR processes, and support the remediation of custom developments, reports, interfaces, workflows, and enhancements. The role works closely with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams to ensure a smooth migration while maintaining business continuity.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess the existing SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) solution and identify impacts of SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion.
• Analyze organizational structures, positions, jobs, reporting relationships, and evaluation paths to ensure compatibility with SAP S/4HANA.
• Support the conversion, configuration validation, testing, and stabilization of SAP HCM OM processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend remediation for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows affected by the migration.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, and Data Migration teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP HCM modules.
• Validate organizational data integrity and support data cleansing and migration activities.
• Prepare and execute functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support following deployment.
• Document functional specifications, business process changes, configuration updates, and testing results.
• Provide functional guidance to business stakeholders on SAP HCM Organizational Management best practices and SAP S/4HANA changes.
• Assist in issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience participating in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield or system upgrade/conversion projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Organizational Management data structures, organizational units, jobs, positions, relationships, and evaluation paths.
• Experience with configuration, functional analysis, testing, and production support within SAP HCM OM.
• Familiarity with integration between Organizational Management and Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and other SAP HCM modules.
• Experience preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP, or other SAP implementation methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
