What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. Your role is to guide them through the decision-making process and provide solutions that fit their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Build relationships by listening carefully and understanding customer goals.
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify the best remodeling solutions.
• Present personalized recommendations and explain available options.
• Guide homeowners confidently through the buying process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to close.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking confident, relationship-driven sales professionals who enjoy helping people and achieving results.

Ideal candidates have:

• 4+ years of successful automotive sales experience preferred.
• A proven ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs.
• Confidence guiding customers through important purchasing decisions.
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to maximize earning potential.
