About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Project & Client Support
- Support Creative research projects for low- to medium-complexity accounts with guidance from managers.
- Assist in project planning, timeline management, and coordination with operational teams.
- Support questionnaire development, sample design, and analytics planning.
- Participate in client research design discussions and questionnaire reviews.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues and solutions.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery through thorough quality control checks.
Research & Analytics
- Support data analysis and insight generation.
- Review open-ended responses (verbatims) and research dashboards.
- Assist in creating meaningful storylines and presentation materials.
- Develop expertise in Kantar's research methodologies, tools, and Creative solutions.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, project management, and analytics teams.
- Share knowledge and support onboarding of new team members.
- Participate actively in training and continuous learning opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and innovation efforts.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related analytical field.
- 1+ years of professional experience, internships, or participation in relevant development programs (such as MMR programs).
- Previous market research experience is preferred, particularly with quantitative methodologies.
Skills & Experience
- Strong project management, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to learn research, analytics, and proprietary business tools.
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive mindset.
Technical & Analytical Capabilities
- Passion for consumer insights and market research.
- Interest in learning research methodologies, analytical techniques, and Kantar solutions.
- Ability to interpret data and contribute to high-quality research outputs.
