Policy Print Specialist

What You'll Accomplish with Us
As a Policy Print Specialist, you'll be at the core of our policy issuance operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing policy print materials for accuracy, assembling print packets, and preparing them for mailing.
Including required forms, inserts, and product-specific documentation in policy packages.
Maintaining adequate supply inventory and coordinating replenishment needs with the Lead Print Specialist.
Identifying and reporting incorrect or questionable policy print materials.
Processing returned policy contracts and re-mailing them within established service standards.
Scanning, routing, and organizing applications and policy documentation.
Supporting daily production reporting and ensuring state-specific compliance requirements are met.
Maintaining accurate records of paper and transmitted applications received.
Assisting with FirstNet reporting and uploads as needed.
Locating and retrieving historical documents from storage.
Completing training requirements within established timelines.
Conducting business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
