Your new position
As Security Specialist reporting to the Physical Security Manager, you will take on a central, coordinating role in our work with governance, compliance, and operational resilience within Physical Security. You will act as a key link between the Physical Security function and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with responsibility for quality-assuring and further developing our SOPs and work instructions. The role requires you to be a reliable sparring partner in day-to-day operations while also independently driving tasks from start to finish.

- Develop, quality-assure, and maintain SOPs and work instructions
- Support compliance with NIS2 legislation across the organization
- Contribute to the implementation of the CER directive (Critical Entities Resilience) on the resilience of critical entities
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
- Strengthen and support governance structures and processes within physical security
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on related matters
Your profile
You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive on creating clarity in complex processes. You are a strong communicator who can convey technical and regulatory requirements clearly to different audiences, and you are equally comfortable supporting others and independently driving tasks forward.
- Experience with SOP writing and drafting work instructions
- Knowledge of NIS2 legislation
- Knowledge of the CER directive (Critical Entities Resilience)
- Experience developing emergency response plans
- Understanding of governance structures and processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills across functional areas and organizational levels
