The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, with substantial experience handling complex matters, conducting depositions, developing litigation strategy, and advocating for clients through hearings, mediations, and trial. While significant trial experience is highly valued, attorneys with deep litigation experience and a proven track record of strong motion practice, discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy are encouraged to apply.

- Represent insureds and clients at mediations, arbitrations, hearings, pre-trial conferences, depositions, and other court proceedings.
- Prepare for and conduct trials, including developing case strategy, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and delivering persuasive legal arguments before judges and juries.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice and case evaluations to claims professionals and insured clients.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters, litigation support personnel, and corporate clients regarding case strategy, exposure, settlement opportunities, and trial readiness.
- Participate in case roundtables and strategy discussions to ensure matters are appropriately evaluated and advanced toward resolution.
- Maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and strong courtroom presence in all interactions with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Develop familiarity with and, as appropriate, take on matters involving additional areas of insurance-related litigation, including employment practices liability and professional liability.
