As a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to flawless operations and outstanding service. This role offers competitive pay starting at $23.50/hr and the chance to work with brand new equipment in an encouraging environment!

Hours: 2nd shift: 4p-12:30a + OT as needed

Starting rate: $23.50/hr + ability to earn up to $5.50/hr more based on individual performance!

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists the site management to align with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
