Warehouse/Site Logistics Asst. Manager (F&B)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday
Location: Danao, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts to ensure efficient and accurate inventory flow.
• Lead and monitor inbound, storage, handling, and outbound activities, ensuring compliance with established warehouse procedures and service standards.
  
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of cold and dry storage facilities, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities in coordination with Engineering, Facilities, and service providers.
  
• Monitor inventory aging and shelf life, proactively identifying slow-moving, aging, or near-expiry stocks and coordinating appropriate disposition.
  
• Ensure consistent compliance with receiving, handling, storage, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse standards for all materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, with strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
  
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, SAP, or other warehouse/logistics management systems.
  
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external service providers.
