Join our team of implementation specialists dedicated to improving the prior authorization experience for patients, providers, and healthcare organizations. In this role, you will partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions that drive operational excellence and improve customer outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technical implementation projects that integrate healthcare technology solutions into client environments.

  • Partner directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide expert guidance on healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, and system integrations.

  • Research, analyze, and resolve technical issues to minimize client disruption and improve solution performance.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials that enable long-term client success.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Design and implement processes that promote consistent application maintenance, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

  • Support secure handling and management of sensitive healthcare data while maintaining compliance with applicable standards.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to enhance implementation strategies and customer experiences.

  • Provide leadership and technical expertise across multiple concurrent projects while fostering strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a healthcare IT, healthcare technology, or related technical field.

  • Experience leading complex technical implementation or integration projects.

  • Strong customer relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of healthcare IT applications, workflows, and business processes.

  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.

  • Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and X12 278 transactions.

  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) data structures and healthcare system integrations.

  • Experience working with highly sensitive data in a secure and compliant manner.

  • Ability to analyze and understand complex data models.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies, applications, and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure.

  • Familiarity with healthcare interface engines and integration platforms.

  • Knowledge of CMS-0057 regulations and Da Vinci FHIR implementation guides.

  • Experience providing technical consulting, training, or knowledge transfer to client technical teams.

  • Prior experience working directly with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,500 - 184,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
