About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Associate to support the company’s real estate sales operations. The role will involve generating and nurturing leads through telesales, outbound calls, digital channels, and other sales activities, while assisting clients in identifying properties that match their needs and investment goals. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with prospective clients, comfortable making sales calls, and motivated by achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, telesales, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Engage prospective clients through cold calling and warm calling, introduce available properties, and identify their budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Present and recommend suitable real estate properties, projects, and investment opportunities based on client requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, provide accurate property information, and address initial concerns or objections in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, call activities, client interactions, appointments, and sales opportunities using the company’s CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate reservations, documentation, and other requirements related to property transactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales, telesales, call, lead-conversion, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, sales activities, client feedback, and pipeline progress to the Sales Manager or team lead.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of a related degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, business development, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience handling outbound calls, lead generation, client follow-ups, or sales prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and build rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
- Comfortable conducting cold calls and warm calls, handling objections, and communicating the value of products or services.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client requirements while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati City and participate in property viewings, client meetings, and site visits as required.
Good to Have Qualifications:
- Previous real estate experience is a plus
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, contact center sales, or high-volume outbound calling.
- Familiarity with real estate sales processes, property developments, financing options, and property transactions.
- Experience using CRM platforms, lead-generation tools, property listing platforms, and digital sales channels.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed call volume, appointment-setting, lead conversion, and sales targets.
