Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Full-Time Operations Coordinator in Hampton, Virginia

This a Day shift opportunity with great candiates.

As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director/Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

At least 2 years of Clerical experience is required.

Preferred: Secretarial and/or Office Management in a healthcare setting

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $23.63 - $35.55 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
