Senior Business Unit Manager (Pharma/CDMO)

We're seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within our Pharma/CDMO business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll own customer success, business performance, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and growth.

What You'll Do

• Own P&L performance for key customer accounts and business units.
• Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Serve as a key member of the site leadership team.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries.
• Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products.
• Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.

The pay range for this role is $142,500 - $256,500. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
