We are currently seeking a People & Culture Administrator to support a busy HR function, assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, employee record management, internal communications, and general departmental administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys organisation, attention to detail, and working closely with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administration and coordination of the People & Culture function
- Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation processes
- Maintain employee records, files, and document management systems
- Assist with internal communications and departmental correspondence
- Prepare, format, and organise HR-related documentation
- Liaise with employees, candidates, suppliers, and service providers on routine matters
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient department operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally with some HR exposure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Interest in building a career within Human Resources
- O'Level standard education, including English and Maths
