Description
Overview
Ready to turn your interest in fitness into a professional coaching career?
The Personal Trainer Career Accelerator Internship is a structured, mentorship driven program designed primarily for career changers, recent graduates, newly certified trainers, and individuals preparing to transition into professional personal training.
This program is best suited for someone who brings professional or real world experience from another role or industry and is now ready to build a career in health and fitness.
Interns work alongside experienced personal trainers in a private, one on one training environment while developing practical skills in movement assessment, individualized program design, client communication, behavior change, and long term client success.
Our clients are primarily adults who value personal attention, accountability, professionalism, and a coach who understands that lasting change involves much more than completing a workout.
This is an unpaid internship designed as a bridge into the fitness profession, not simply an opportunity to fulfill college internship hours.
Interns pursuing certification will have access to a significantly discounted NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification pathway as part of their professional development.
For the right candidate, successful completion of the program may lead to consideration for a personal training position with Fitness Together.
