Responsible for keeping track of our clients’ files, to ensure that are up to date: • Opportunity created and identified in Sales Force by the Account Manager or Sales Rep.
• Review the expired lines report to detect, notify and follow up on all lines that will expire soon, make sure AM and SR are aware.
• AML – keep track of expiration date and anticipate to trigger renewal on time. • Direct communication with clients to request and consolidate all the information needed for renewal.
• Prepare the documentation/approvals for the handoff
• Complete the checklist of legal documents, risk, etc.
• Participate in the handoff process with the AM or Sales Rep.
• Follow up on the correct setting of the accounts once renewed.
Trucks flow
• Responsible for the PO when the vendor is chosen by our client or goes through the trucks flow. When a client suggests a specific vendor, is responsible of requesting the vendor registration and setting
. • ID’s registration on Trucks Flow.
• Follow-up on the trucks flow to ensure it progresses until the annex is issued (supported by the AM)
• Review the documents issued before sending to the client (supported by the AM)
• Funds provision for monthly operations.
• Upload the funding package to the trucks flow.
• Once the file is signed and completed, follow up until it’s paid and capitalized
Releases y re bookings
• Load and follow-up in the calculator tool.
• Follow-up on the approvals (with the AM)
• Follow-up on the execution of RB and RL once signed Legal
• Request for any amendment for customer contracts
• Update Legal Assessments Commercial
• Anticipate and be aware of car expirations vs. system purchases, detecting those that are not being attended.
• Participate on client meetings.
• Receive leads from Commercial Excellence, have the first contact with prospects, and pre-qualify them.
• Support the AMs or SR in case of RFP and update proposals, if necessary
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
1 year of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
