The Role
Join Kyndryl as a Service Coordinator and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests, and maintaining constant communication with customers throughout the service process.
Core SC work with JLPT N3/N2
- In this role you are going to manage the IAM Secondary controls - User ID Revalidation in IAM tool (UAT - User Administration Tool, etc..)as a whole for your respective account assigned to you with below tasks-
- Ensuring seamless coordination with Account Team
- Ensuring required information is shared with IAM team for adding/registering Account to IAM tool (UAT, etc..)
- Ensure customer environment is properly onboarded to the tool (UAT, etc..) with all required information inline with the policy (applicable for the respective account)
- Ensuring correct server inventory is made available to IAM team on regular frequency
- Ensuring mef3 files are made available with IAM team with accuracy and check the completeness.
- Ensuring revalidations/reconciliation is triggered on time with completeness
- Ensuring proper Shared ID Management process is being followed.
- Ensuring check in check out is being followed for your respective account.
- Ensure Customer ID Management is shared on time with accuracy.
- Ensuring Audit Readiness:
- Regular checks on revalidations/reconciliations
- Regular checks on check-in check-out
- Conducting internal audits to make account audit ready always.
- Supporting Audits for the accounts :
- Ensuring end to end coordination for any Audits happening in the account, External/Internal.
- Supporting during Live Testing's
- Supporting for any responses to Audit team
- Handling mitigations arising out of audits
- Regular updates to IAM Management for audit status
- Ensuring best practices and any audit learned lessons to be implemented across the account.
- Ensuring invoke of issue management for any non-compliance arising.
- Reporting : Ensuring reports are regularly released to Management for updates on the IAM health indicators, internal audits,status of any issues, etc.
- Participation in various calls for the accounts for IAM representation or for gaining any updates around IAM process.
- Conducting regular huddles with internal IAM team to discuss on any issues or any problems faced by the team.
- Timely call out for any issues/problems/roadblocks to management.
- Own overall ESCT / IES operational governance and compliance.
- Oversee Data Verification, DF Tasks, UAT Verification, and Reconciliation activities.
- Govern onboarding and offboarding into ESCT Ledger.
- Own Intermediate Code governance and exception handling.
- Ensure access rights governance and periodic reviews.
- Drive monthly operational cadence and communication governance.
- Own MOCR implementation tracking and escalation management.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of SONIC Reports and risk indicators.
- Lead audit readiness, internal checks, and audit support activities.
- Report ESCT / IES health and risk posture to management.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvements across teams.
- Extensive hands-on exposure to IAM platforms, including UAT, ECM, and IT service management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) and GLPI.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel for data analysis and reporting, and MS PowerPoint for management and audit presentations.

Required Skills and Experience
JLPTN3 along with technical knowledge
•At least 7years of experience in a key IT discipline such as desktop field services, network support, applications, security, or IT management
•Capability to navigate effectively between infrastructure and application platforms, businesses and functions, end users and senior management
•Expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, incident management, and service improvement
•Experience in SLA Management/Service Management
•Expertise in customer service and customer communications
Preferred Skills and Experience
•ITIL certified
•High level communicator with good written and verbal skills
