As our business grows and we expand our operations in Malaysia, we’re looking for individuals excited to join a team, one where purpose meets potential to build careers that change lives.As an Assembler, you will support the manufacturing of life-changing medical devices through assembly, inspection, and testing activities while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal
- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years relevant experience in medical industry & handling medical devices
- SPM Holders
Desired skills, experience & requirements:
- Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, biotechnology)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP
- Clear verbal and written communication in English Language to work with multidisciplinary global teams
- Willingness to travel internationally & hold a valid passport
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precise sewing and assembly work
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands
- Ability to work under a microscope or magnification tools
- Willingness to work in different shifts, if applicable
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
