Our direct client has an opening for a Salesforce Business Analyst 13172. This position is up to 6 months, with the option of extension, and is located in Phoenix, AZ.
W2 or corp to corp.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
- Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
- Maintain up--to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce.
