Key Responsibilities
- Perform setup, installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration of R&D and engineering laboratory equipment.
- Monitor tool performance and uptime; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related equipment issues.
- Execute equipment repairs, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades to meet evolving engineering and business requirements.
- Support laboratory infrastructure readiness, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records, and inventory within equipment tracking systems.
- Respond to service requests with appropriate prioritization to meet customer and operational needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical safety requirements.
- Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and company safety guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring equipment compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver timely, high‑quality technical solutions.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture.
- Utilize approved Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code and other company-approved solutions) to improve productivity, streamline routine tasks, and accelerate work execution.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities to support data analysis, problem-solving, content creation, reporting, documentation, and decision-making where appropriate.
