El Rol

El Gerente de Supply Chain GTM lidera la ejecución end-to-end de la Supply Chain GTM, asegurando excelencia en planificación, distribución y experiencia del cliente. El rol tiene impacto directo en el nivel de servicio, capital de trabajo y costo total de Supply Chain, siendo un habilitador clave del crecimiento del negocio. Ofrece exposición transversal y desarrollo estratégico dentro del modelo operativo de la empresa, además de que tiene liderazgo directo de equipos operativos y coordinación transversal con Comercial, Finanzas y Manufacturing.

De lo que serás responsable

• Liderar el proceso de planificación E2E (demand, supply y deployment), garantizando balance óptimo entre servicio, inventario y costos.
• Asegurar niveles de servicio superiores mediante la gestión integrada de Customer Operations y distribución.
• Gestionar la red de distribución (almacenamiento, transporte y entrega) con foco en eficiencia, OTIF y costo.
• Liderar iniciativas de mejora de customer experience, asegurando cumplimiento de SLAs y satisfacción del cliente.
• Monitorear y optimizar el costo total de Supply Chain (logística, inventarios, obsolescencia) con impacto en el P&L del país.
• Conducir ciclos de S&OP/IBP, garantizando alineación entre demanda comercial y capacidades operativas.
• Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de mejora continua (productividad, network optimization, digitalización).
• Liderar equipos multifuncionales y desarrollar talento dentro del área de Supply Chain.
• Actuar como punto clave de conexión entre Comercial, Finanzas y Operaciones.
• Impulsar una cultura de performance, accountability y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Estamos buscando a alguien

• +8 años de experiencia en Supply Chain (planning, logística, customer service o similares).
• Experiencia comprobada liderando procesos E2E o S&OP.
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
• Conocimiento sólido de KPIs de Supply Chain (OTIF, inventarios, costos).
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
• Experiencia en FMCG o industrias de alta complejidad operacional.
• Experiencia en transformación o proyectos de mejora estructural.
• Conocimiento en herramientas analíticas / sistemas de planificación (SAP/APO/IBP).
• Experiencia internacional o regional.
