Up to £55,000 + Bonus Scheme + Car Allowance | Regional Role | Dorset & Surrounding Areas
Quality isn't just about passing an inspection – it's about making sure excellent standards are embedded into everyday practice and, when something isn't working, having the confidence and experience to put it right.
This is a hands-on quality and compliance role supporting a diverse portfolio of care services across Dorset and surrounding areas, including residential and nursing care, homecare and specialist services.
We're looking for an experienced Care Quality, Compliance or Governance professional who can make an immediate impact. You'll work directly with service managers and operational teams, spending time within services to understand what's happening in practice, identify areas of concern and provide practical support to drive meaningful improvements.
