About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Bartender at CottoCrudo Bar, you will create exceptional beverage experiences that complement the world-class dining and hospitality standards of Four Seasons Hotel Prague. You will craft high-quality cocktails, share your knowledge of wines and spirits, and deliver personalized service that turns every visit into a memorable occasion. Working alongside a passionate Food & Beverage team, you will help create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest quality standards
• Create memorable guest experiences through personalized and attentive service
• Share recommendations and provide detailed descriptions of cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverage offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Ensure all beverages are presented consistently according to brand and outlet standards
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and cocktail innovations
• Support restaurant and bar operations during busy service periods
• Process guest payments accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

What You Bring

• Previous bartending or Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, spirits, and beverage service
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to continuously develop beverage knowledge

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
