JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive strategic revenue initiatives for the FOX Entetainment Ad Sales organization. This role owns inventory management and utilization for Prime and Late Night and provides the Sales team with pricing guidance, including reviewing and evaluating advertising plans as they are submitted. The position partners closely with Client Services, Research, Brand Partnerships, and Sales to support deal execution and maximize inventory and revenue performance. This role also oversees analytical reporting for the Entertainment Planning team.
 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Strategize with Sales to develop and implement plans to utilize all inventory and maximize revenue and create extra earned value for undersold inventory

  • Ability to strategically aggregate and present historical data in a manner that will help show trends and drive decisions

  • Provide analytical analysis to develop Entertainment Sales Rate cards

  • Utilizing data analytics tools (Tableau) to measure the effectiveness of monetization strategies, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decision-making

  • Work in tandem with Brand Partnerships Entertainment team to implement commercial/enhancement adjacency for important events

  • Work closely with the VP of Pricing and Planning to develop and execute pricing strategies within the scatter marketplace

  • Work with VPs to maintain awareness of industry dynamics and provide insights on pricing models

  • Producing analytical reports (e.g. Revenue Targets, CPM analysis, Remainder Analysis, and Inventory Utilization Reports) via Tableau

  • Develop models for prospective advertising products or packages

  • Communicate sales strategy to planners/assistants

  • Train Managers and Senior Analysts on Tableau, Inventory management and ratecard development

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Dynamic and passionate professional who is a big thinker and a strategist

  • Strong record forward thinking, leadership and problem solving.  

  • Experience in media, at a broadcast network, cable network, and digital experience is highly desired.  

  • Strong skillset with analytical tools preferably Tableau

  • Passion for the rapidly changing industry, staying ahead of developments and their respective impact on the company.

  • Ability to partner across the organization working on complex business initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as solid problem solving, strategic and analytic skills.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with multiple constituencies and juggle many projects at any given time.

  • Ability to identify creative solutions and isolate key issues quickly.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical strength.

  • Operate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and ability to adapt easily to rapid change

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-149,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
