Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to join our global data and analytics team at Havas. As a data analyst, you will work in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to define and execute their reporting and analysis needs. This role will actively collaborate with the finance, operations, account management, and IT departments, as well as with various other system teams to obtain information in order to drive better client relationships, with reliable data.

Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze large databases to identify patterns/trends and highlight statistics.
• Develop a deep understanding of the data reported to clients, business metrics, and factors that may affect performance.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to identify the consistency, availability, and quality of data compared to the model.
• Tell cohesive stories with data and make presentations on findings to stakeholders.
• Create new KPIs and improve existing ones.
• Work with BI developers to create analytical tools and visualizations that allow users to explore data and discover insights on their own.
• Collaborate with data teams on advanced analytics projects.
• Drive process efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
• Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging tools and technologies to improve team productivity and system performance (including AI).
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner to optimize workflows through automation platforms and scripts.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset by staying up to date with industry trends and experimenting with new software tools.
• Document and share best practices for tool use and automation strategies across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong growth-driven and curious mindset, with an interest in gaining experience working with a variety of teams, handling business requirements, and presenting findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience and ability in data analysis and reporting for business stakeholders, external clients, or product and technology teams.
• Great ability to query and analyze data and a track record of effective collaboration with peers in other teams.
• A willingness to learn AI tools and develop use cases and solutions to address them.
• 4 to 6+ years of work experience, including more than 1 year in BI or data and analytics-related fields.
• 3+ years of experience working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
• Applied experience and proficiency in SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with large data sets and relational databases (MySQL, BigQuery, etc.).
• Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems and provide insights from data.
• Knowledge of data modeling practices and techniques.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
