Sr. Executive

1. To act as a single point contact for customer and vendors / internal departments.

2. To conduct contract review for orders received on a periodic basis ensuring that the order is on track

3. To prepare project schedule in MS Project / Excel (as applicable) and progress reports for customers Information and records

4. To co-ordinate with Purchase / Planning dept. for timely placement of orders for raw materials and bought outs Items.

5. To coordinate with RAC team regarding scope & specifications and compliance of all order requirements

6. To ensure timely submission of documents and their approval.

7. To coordinate with procurement / vendors for documents and technical matters.

8. To ensure that manufacturing clearances for bought equipment are provided on time to maintain delivery schedule.

9. To track cash flow of order and ensure claims and receipts of advances and other payments on time.

10. Coordinate with concerned dept. and timely submission of progress reports.

11. Coordination with concerned dept / engineer and client / consultant to resolve issues regarding scope, technical requirements, specification compliance etc.

12. Organising and attending meeting with customer / client / consultant / vendors to expedite approvals, advances and / or any other requirements to maintain pump / project schedule.

13. To review regularly the project progress and ensure the project is on schedule.

14. To provide and appraise the management of project progress and inform anticipated problems and risks (if any) in advance.

15. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various internal departments like PM&PS, RAC, Order Engineering and manufacturing to ensure smooth progress of project.

16.  Communication and co-ordination with other KSB offices (as applicable) for smooth execution of the project.

17.  Customer visits post order for Kick-off and clarifications meetings and expediting approvals.

 This profile requires domestic travelling for approximately 20% of the time.
