Sales Manager

MADI international is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Oman. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed performance goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize results.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working within the Omani market or GCC region is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Background in B2B sales within relevant industries.
