- Monday or Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
- Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)
- Nasal endoscopy
- Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit
- Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.
- Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
- Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
- Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.
- Adhere to standard metrics:
- Testing: 50% minimum threshold
- Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
- IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills Needed to be Successful
- 3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system
- Effectively communicate with Patients and clinical staff
- React calmly and effectively in a difficult or emergent situation
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organization skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manually take patient vitals
- Possess the ability to maintain effective working relationship with patients, medical staff and the public
