Job Description

1.團隊管理與領導：
-帶領並管理產品品質保證團隊，確保團隊目標達成。
-負責團隊成員的績效考核、職涯發展和培訓計劃。
2.品質管理系統建立與維護：
-制定並執行品質管理計劃，確保產品符合品質標準。
-持續改進品質管理流程，提升產品品質和生產效率。
3.問題分析與解決：
-針對產品品質問題進行分析，找出根本原因並制定解決方案。
-與研發、製造等部門合作，確保問題得到有效解決。
4.產品測試與驗證：
-制定產品測試計劃，確保產品在各階段的品質穩定。
-監督產品測試過程，確保測試結果準確可靠。
5.客戶品質需求管理：
-與客戶溝通，瞭解並滿足其品質需求和期望。
-處理客戶投訴，提供快速有效的解決方案。
6.資源管理與協調：
-評估並解決資源與日常營運上的問題，確保團隊運作順利。
-跨部門協作，確保品質管理計劃的順利執行。
