Description
Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and member experiences. We are seeking health insurance decision-makers at small and mid-sized employers (1–200 employees in the U.S.) to take part in a short online survey about how their organisation chooses, funds, and manages employee health insurance. Insights gathered will help inform the development of AI tools designed to improve how employers and health plans deliver benefits to employees.

Share perspectives on how health insurance decisions get made, plan and carrier selection, funding arrangements, and day-to-day benefits administration
