Support/Workshop Staff - Afungi

Workshop preparation, control of tools, equipment and consumables, warehouse management, inventory control, housekeeping, and HSE support.

Specific Requirements

• Technical/professional training or relevant experience in mechanics, electrical work, maintenance, logistics, or warehouse operations;

• Minimum of three years of experience in workshops, warehouses, or industrial environments;

• Experience in controlling tools, equipment, materials, and consumables;

• Ability to conduct inventories, prepare practical training areas, and maintain workshops in an organised condition;

• Basic computer skills and inventory record-keeping;

• Knowledge of HSE, housekeeping, and the proper use of PPE;

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Palma or Pemba.

• Proven experience in the position;

• Availability to work in Afungi on a permanent or rotational basis;

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;

• Strict compliance with HSE and project safety procedures;

• Ability to provide certificates, professional references, and supporting documents confirming experience;

• Adequate computer skills relevant to the position;

• Fluent communication in Portuguese;

• Knowledge of English is preferred;

• Availability to participate in induction, training, and mobilisation processes;

• Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate when requested.
