Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders in German and English
- Preparing orders and providing in-room service
- Loading trolleys with orders
- Conducting sales conversations – up-selling
- Organising and distributing treatments
- Various till duties (Micros System)
- Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
- Distributing treatments
- Setting up treatments
- Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
- Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality
- A structured and organised approach to work
- A keen interest in team-oriented work
- Your motto is to be a perfect and warm host to every guest
- A good command of English is essential. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
