What will you be doing here?

Buscamos um Técnico de Qualidade II para atuar diretamente em nosso Laboratório de Material de Embalagem. O profissional será responsável por realizar inspeções, amostragens e análises laboratoriais minuciosas (físicas, dimensionais e funcionais) em insumos de embalagens e produtos acabados, garantindo o cumprimento rigoroso dos planos de controle.

Além da rotina técnica, este perfil tem papel fundamental na tomada de decisão rápida, identificando desvios que possam impactar as linhas de envase e atuando na gestão e conciliação de lotes via sistema SAP.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Executar amostragens e análises laboratoriais (dimensionais, funcionais, visuais, acionamento de válvulas e interpretação de laudos) em insumos e produtos acabados.

Gestão no SAP: Controlar o status de lotes, solicitações de qualidade (QSR), liberação, bloqueio, baixa de amostras/sucatas e conciliação de materiais.

Tratamento de Desvios: Registrar não conformidades, segregar itens reprovados e acompanhar as tratativas com gestão, manufatura e fornecedores.

Rotina e Infraestrutura: Garantir a conservação do laboratório e equipamentos, controle de padrões (físicos/eletrônicos), gestão de amostras de retenção e preenchimento da documentação do processo.
