Looking for a healthcare opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends? Join our clinic team and help provide an exceptional experience for patients while working alongside a collaborative group of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while providing hands-on support to patients and the care team.
Patient & Clinical Support
- Welcome patients and assist throughout their clinic visit.
- Measure and document vital signs and communicate abnormal findings to nursing staff or providers.
- Assist with scheduling new and follow-up appointments.
- Help ensure patients have a smooth arrival and check-out experience.
- Recognize urgent or emergency situations and respond according to established procedures.
- Prepare, clean, disinfect and maintain clinic equipment and exam rooms.
- Stock exam rooms and maintain necessary clinical supplies and linens.
- Collect, prepare and secure laboratory specimens for testing or transport, as needed.
Documentation & Coordination
- Accurately document information in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR).
- Access laboratory and radiology results and outside medical records.
- Update patient demographic information and coordinate follow-up appointments.
- Assist with obtaining and organizing clinical documentation for provider review.
- Request medical records from outside facilities and scan appropriate documentation into the EMR.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Clinic & Team Support
- Provide professional, courteous and compassionate service to patients, caregivers and team members.
- Communicate clinic needs, concerns and activities to leadership.
- Assist with telephone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Follow established safety and infection-prevention practices.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives that support excellent patient care.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.
Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with general medical terminology.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
