We are now looking for Manager, Digital Marketing, Global m/f/d. This position is located in Helsinki, Finland or Augsburg, Germany.

What you will do
- Define and drive the data driven digital marketing strategy and roadmap, aligned with global commercial and brand objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead external partners to deliver effective digital marketing solutions and reliable technical execution
- Own and develop the marketing technology ecosystem, including marketing automation, website design and development, paid media and related digital tools
- Ensure reliable integration and data flow across marketing systems to support informed decision-making
- Lead website strategy, content structure and platform development to support customer journeys and strengthen demand generation
- Manage marketing automation programs and digital customer journeys to support engagement, lead generation and business growth
- Define and oversee paid digital advertising activities across SEO, SEM and paid social channels, including budget management
- Turn website, campaign and channel data into clear, actionable insights that help improve marketing performance
- Ensure clean, dependable marketing data and contribute market and performance insights that support commercial strategy and decision-making
Who you are
- You have a minimum of seven years of experience in digital marketing
- You have a university degree in relevant field
- You have experience working with digital marketing technologies, CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
- You have a strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys and performance-driven marketing
- You have the ability to use data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making
- You have experience managing websites, digital content or online customer experiences
- You have knowledge of paid media, SEO, SEM and digital marketing measurement
- You have strong communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage
- You are able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global matrix organization
- You are proactive, collaborative and self-motivated, with strong project management skills, pay attention to detail and are willing to learn and drive continuous improvement
