We are now looking for a temporary Sales and Market Manager for our business unit Transformers in Sweden. In this role, you will be accountable for executing the marketing and sales strategies in Sweden for Transformer. You will be ensuring that the business substantially increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction. You will proactively lead, develop and coach the sales team in Sweden to exceed the sales targets through high performance, being the connector between the Local Sales Managers (LSM) and the HUB Europe Demand team.
 

This position is with placement Västerås, Sweden.
 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Main sales responsible, hands-on connecting demand and supply (factory product marketing), chasing orders down with a clear tactical and operational focus.
  • Main regional speaking partner to Market Managers to drive top-line growth while keeping operational needs under control. Follow-up both targets and adoption of HUB M&S tools.
  • Implementing Marketing & Sales strategy based on HUBs guidelines. Collector of the market intelligence/analysis from the demand at country level. Supporting the marketing events for the country.
  • In coordination with the LSM team and the HUB prepares top-line annual budgets.
  • Carries out customer events and product promotion. Ensure customer satisfaction and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Plan and implement customer surveys and act on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Leading sales in Sweden including pricing setting, project execution and order handling (one face/one voice for the Customer).
  • Support other HUB functions.
  • Keep global tools up to date.
     

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA or master's degree preferred).
  • Technical sales skills and knowledge of product portfolio.
  • Knowledge of market/customer needs.
  • International experience.
  • Intercultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, additional languages would be a plus.
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Networking, leadership, superior communication and negotiation skills.
