Operations Specialist (Health & Benefits)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Manila office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Operations Specialist, you will support day-to-day Health & Benefits operations, including data analysis, system support, reporting and client service activities. You will work closely with internal teams to help maintain accurate client information, resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements and system testing.

We will count on you to:

• Manage low to moderately complex benefits operational assignments and daily support activities

• Analyse benefits data files, identify errors or discrepancies and support resolution of issues

• Maintain operational systems and tools, including system support and testing for new tools or changes

• Prepare operational reporting for management and contribute to ad hoc projects as required

• Manage client data using a range of technical tools and resources

• Support client requests, processes and working relationships in a professional and timely manner

• Assist with recommendations for updates or improvements to systems, tools and resources

• Provide guidance or training to junior team members where needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Experience using technical tools and resources to manage data and operational tasks

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
