Description
ACLC, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Specialist to provide professional logistical and material readiness support to the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) Headquarters G4 Logistics section. The successful candidate will manage property accountability, maintain asset visibility, and coordinate theater-level supply chain operations supporting deployed forces and exercises within the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a SECRET clearance. (Top Secret preferred)
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Property Accountability: Maintain complete visibility and accurate automated tracking of all organizational property, equipment, and Class VII items using standard Army logistics systems.
- Asset Visibility & Tracking: Reconcile property books, process administrative adjustment reports (AARs), and manage financial liability investigations for property loss (FLIPL) documentation.
- Supply Chain Synchronization: Coordinate with defense logistics agencies and forward-deployed units to track theater supply requisitions, expedite high-priority orders, and resolve shipment delays.
- Audit & Inventory Compliance: Prepare for, execute, and document regular command inventories, ensuring full compliance with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) standards and Army regulations.
- Logistical Planning Support: Provide data analysis and equipment availability metrics to the G4 planning cells during the development of theater movement and sustainment plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent military logistics experience may be substituted).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience in Army automated logistics and property management (Army 92Y/92A or civilian contractor equivalent background). Experience at a Division, Corps, or Theater Army (ASCC) level is highly preferred.
- Technical Systems: Direct operational proficiency with the Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A), Decision Support Tool (DST), and standard federal logistics databases.
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at the time of application.
- Skills: Deep understanding of Army Regulation 710-2 (Supply Support Activity Operations), AR 735-5 (Property Accountability Policies), and Joint standard operating procedures for material redistribution.
