Description
This position works within our Revenue Management Division. As a Client Reimbursement Specialist, you will support collection, tracking, and reporting of client revenues for the Community Services Board (CSB) as a member of the revenue management team. Under the general supervision and direction of Financial Specialist II, carries out required banking activities. Works with CSB office sites to verify cash receipts, prepare journal entries, and upload credible documents to support Focus workbook. Answer client inquiries, both face-to-face or through telephone or emails. Assist other teams in the revenue management team when necessary. Inputs all required information in electronic health record and county accounting system. Takes payments and carries out required banking activities. Completes reports on a scheduled basis.

Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to high school graduation and two years of experience providing administrative support in the assigned functional area(s).

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, a driving record check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire.
This position is emergency/essential services personnel. (Required to report for duty during inclement weather and/or other emergencies.)

- Uses spreadsheets or databases to organize information and produce standard reports;
- Prepares a variety of complex disbursement forms (e.g., check requests, travel forms, cash sheets, and journal entries) for routing and approval;
- Compiles and maintains monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual totals, reports, and financial statements;
