Description
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is looking for an experienced Truck Pusher – Night Shift to provide hands-on field leadership and oversight for our water hauling operations.
The Truck Pusher is responsible for keeping our drivers safe, efficient, and on schedule throughout the night shift. You’ll spend your shift in the field supporting drivers, monitoring routes and customer locations, responding to operational issues, and ensuring our crews are meeting safety, customer, and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide field support to water truck drivers throughout the night shift.
- Coordinate routes, loading/offloading locations, shift changes, and changing customer needs.
- Monitor driver performance, fleet efficiency, and compliance with company, DOT, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct driver observations, route assessments, and field/site checks.
- Respond to incidents, spills, equipment issues, delays, and other operational challenges.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations, HSE, Maintenance, and customers to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
- Complete required reports and communicate driver performance, safety concerns, and operational issues to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of water hauling experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Truck Pusher, Trucking Supervisor, Driver Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar oilfield transportation leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of water hauling operations, including loading/offloading procedures, routes, tank batteries, disposal locations, and oilfield/customer sites.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction to CDL drivers in a field environment.
- Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA requirements and safe commercial vehicle operations.
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to safety, environmental, equipment, and operational issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, Dispatch, HSE, Maintenance, and Operations leadership.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile technology for reporting and communication.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
