Mgr, Global Sourcing Commodity

Develop and own sourcing and category strategies for assigned global spend areas, leveraging deep supplier, market and commercial expertise to deliver long-term business value and competitive advantage. Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships, supplier performance frameworks and commercial agreements to drive long-term value creation and operational excellence. Develop innovative sourcing, negotiation and supplier engagement approaches to address complex business challenges and achieve strategic, operational and financial objectives. Develop new sourcing concepts, supplier management practices and commercial approaches that enhance organizational capability and support long-term business objectives. Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, responsible sourcing requirements and applicable legal and ethical standards BA, BS in a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management experience. Demonstrated project leadership experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders directly and indirectly across functions and external organizations. Strong financial acumen and commercial decision-making capability. Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. High interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced facilitation, communication and influencing skills. Experience working in a global, cross-functional and matrixed environment Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and company operating principles.
