Job Summary: 

The Juice Bar Associate is energetic, friendly, and passionate about health-focused food and beverages. This role plays an important part in delivering excellent customer service by preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and other juice bar items while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. 

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities 

• Greet customers and provide friendly, fast, and accurate service. 
• Prepare juices, smoothies, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards. 
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing standards. 
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. 
• Assist customers with menu questions and product recommendations.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to a supervisor. 
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• 1+ years in the customer service industry
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Detail oriented and passionate about product quality
• Reliable transportation
• Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
• Fluent in the English Language. Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift
• Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication
• Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
